What are the guidelines for the gate access code?

When creating your secure gate and/or door access code, keep it mind that it must be 5 digits long and between the numbers 10000 and 65000.   You do this during the check out process after you click the "move-in" button for the unit you would like to rent.

Where Are your facilitIes located?

Our north side Jamestown facility is located at 1618 Highway 281 N.  Our south Jamestown storage facility is located at 830 18th St SW in Jamestown, North Dakota.  We’re minutes from downtown yet still in a semi rural area, delivering the best of both worlds in convenience and quality. Find our north property is past the big hill on US-281, not far from the rodeo, Stutsman County Fairgrounds, Jamestown Reservoir, Jamestown Speedway, and Pipestem Reservoir.  Our south property is right next door to O'Reilly's auto parts.

What if I don’t live in Jamestown?

No worries! There are many people in the area that are much closer to our facility than they may think. Residents of Buchanan, North Dakota can reach our facility in less than 15 minutes, as can residents of neighboring communities like Fried, Eldridge, Bloom, Windsor, and Homer.

Is your facility secure?

It sure is. We know that our customers wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving their belongings in our care if we took a lackadaisical approach to our onsite security. On the contrary, we’ve implemented all the proven methods to make sure our property is as safe as it can be. These measures include bright exterior lighting, perimeter fencing, electronic access, individually secured units, and video surveillance cameras.

When is your office open?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our team will happily guide you through the process of renting your storage unit and will even answer any questions you may have about our property. What if our office is closed?  You can Rent online & move-in 24/7.  Just select a storage facility and unit, then click move-in.  You can also visit our contact us page on our website and send us your question anytime!

When can I access my unit?

For your convenience, we provide 24-hour access to our spaces. We believe customers shouldn’t be locked away from their own valuables, especially since they’re the ones paying rent on the units. We welcome you on the property literally anytime at all.

I heard you have RV and Boat storage & Parking. Do you?

We sure do! In addition to our units, which are perfect for household and business items, our RV and Boat storage can hold just about any vehicle you’d like to bring our way. If you have a car, boat, or RV taking up space at your home, let us provide the perfect alternative.  We also have pop-up camper, boat, rv and trailer parking spaces available for rent.

How hard is it to access my unit?

Because our units are located on the ground floor and are drive-up accessible, you might be amazed at just how easily you can move belongings into and out of your space. Use your car or moving van and park it at the entrance of your rental to shave minutes off of your move.

Can i just rent and move in online?

Yes, just picked one of our storage locations and then select the unit you want to rent and then click "move in" and follow the instructions.  Watch the video before for a walk through of the entire process.

 

 

 

How do I manage my online account?

Just log in with your email and password.  You can add additional units, set up auto pay and more.  Below is a quick video showing the basics.
